The Cat One
Service Description
It's perhaps more widely known that long-haired cats are often clipped in a Lion cut, but did you know that your short-haired cat also benefits from a regular groom? Lots of cats can have quite greasy coats, and whilst we think they groom themselves, they really only just distribute saliva. Professional grooming removes dirt and grease from your cats coat. Matting and knotting can become extensive, quickly, and will tighten to the skin, causing pain, bruising, skin tearing. This can lead to painful infections and high vets bills. Grooming also removes spent coat, undercoat, and dead skin cells. Meaning less likelihood of furballs and far less fur on your carpet and soft furnishings! All grooms start with a claw clip and include eyes, ears, nose clean, and sanitary clip if necessary. Pricing is dependent on the length and condition of the coat and demeanour of the cat, however as a guide, you can expect your groom to cost around: Claw clip : £15 Bath, dry, claw clip Short haired : from £50 Long haired : from £60 Matted : from £75 Deshed, inc bath, dry, claw clip Short haired : from £65 Long haired : from £75 Matted : from £85 Lion clip, inc bath, dry, claw clip Not matted : from £80 Matted : from £85
